POPIA Consent Notice
Issued in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Purpose of processing
Personal information submitted to Tunnel Fox Logistics is processed to assess transport enquiries, prepare quotations, verify transporters, allocate and monitor loads, and manage related documentation and payments.
Consent
By submitting a quotation request, transporter registration or contact enquiry, you consent to Tunnel Fox Logistics collecting, processing and storing the information and documents you supply for the purposes above, and to being contacted about your submission.
Verification
Transporter applicants further consent to Tunnel Fox Logistics verifying submitted information and documents with issuing authorities, insurers and supplied references.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as required for operational, contractual, tax and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@tunnelfox.co.za. Withdrawal may prevent us from progressing your enquiry or registration.
