Transporter Registration Terms

Registration

• Registration does not guarantee loads or any minimum volume of work.
• Every transporter is subject to verification before any load is allocated.
• Tunnel Fox Logistics may request additional documents and may verify all submitted information with issuing authorities, insurers and references.

Compliance requirements

Transporters must hold and maintain a valid operating licence, goods-in-transit insurance, public liability insurance, valid roadworthy certification, licensed drivers with valid professional driving permits, and, where refrigeration is required, functioning temperature control with service records.

Rates and agreements

• Rates are provided privately for individual routes and are confidential.
• Transporters must sign a subcontractor agreement before receiving any load allocation.
• Payment terms are governed by the signed subcontractor agreement and are conditional on valid proof of delivery and correct invoicing.

Client non-circumvention

Transporters may not approach, solicit or invoice Tunnel Fox Logistics clients directly in respect of work introduced by Tunnel Fox Logistics. Breach of this condition results in immediate removal from the approved transporter network.

Conduct on loads

Allocated loads must be executed in line with the agreed collection and delivery windows, temperature requirements and documentation standards, with progress communicated to the Tunnel Fox load coordinator.
