• To verify transporter applications and allocate suitable loads.
• To coordinate collections, deliveries and proof-of-delivery documentation.
• To communicate with you about your enquiry or registration.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with allocated transporters or clients only to the extent required to execute a load, and with service providers who host or support this website.

Storage and security

Submissions and uploaded documents are stored in a secured database and private document storage. Access is limited to authorised Tunnel Fox administrators.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@tunnelfox.co.za. We will respond in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
