Transporter vetting
Transport partners are checked before a load is allocated to them. Company and operating documents are confirmed, and operators who cannot produce them do not carry our customers' freight.
Operational control
Anyone can say they are reliable. These are the specific checks applied before and during a load — the things you can ask us to evidence.
Transport partners are checked before a load is allocated to them. Company and operating documents are confirmed, and operators who cannot produce them do not carry our customers' freight.
GIT requirements are confirmed against each load rather than assumed. Where cargo value is high, we confirm the cover limit against the declared value before dispatch.
Vehicle licensing, roadworthy status, driver licence and Professional Driving Permit are verified prior to allocation.
Tracking capability is confirmed where the customer requires it, so position updates can be given during transit instead of guesses.
Proof of delivery is obtained after every completed movement and returned to the customer for their invoicing and claims records.
The customer is kept updated through collection, transit and delivery. Silence during transit is the most common complaint in road freight and we treat it as a failure.
We do not publish certifications we do not hold, and we do not quote insurance limits that have not been confirmed for the vehicle carrying your load. If a requirement on your side cannot be met, we say so before the load is booked rather than afterwards.
Tell us what you are moving, where it is collecting and where it needs to go. We will confirm the right vehicle and send you a rate.
